Here a couple of explanations and notes, if there is a small little problem anyway. In every case: There is no reason for panic. We will find a fair, fast and satisfying solution! Additional order or changings If you have forgotten an item in your order you can send an extra order for it. We put always all your order in on shippment to save postage and your costs. In some cases we also work with part shippments. In Germany these shippments are post-free. But to foreign countries we have to charge the shipping costs for each shippment. The shippment is gone or lost! Normaly all letters are not insured but only the registered packages. In every case we try to send you substitute items. Returns? Normaly we do not accept returns. In some cases we can make a exception. Please contact us by email or phone. When does the order finally come? Normaly we can send your order within 14 days. In some cases the release dates are canceled or an item is out of stock and temporary not available. We try our best to send your order as soon as possible. If you think we are to slow, please send an email and we will send you some informations about your order and the approximate delivery time. CD-Case was damaged! Every CD or record will be packed very carefully - we ourselves are collectors! If you have received an damaged CD-Case we can send you new a new case with your next order for free. Just tell us what you need: normal jewel-case, slim-case or double-case. Further questions and problems For questions regarding our produkts or any other problem please send an email.
