| via Internet: Please choose the items you want to order in our shop and click and add them to your bag (or cart). If you are ready for check out, go to the shopping cart and enter your address on the following page. Then you have to choose the way of payment. And finaly: send your order to us just by press the finishing button. If you have put in your correct email-address you will receive automaticly a confirmation for your order. In some cases will will send an second email by hand a few hours later to give you some further details. via telephone: Normaly we are in office every day from 9:00 a.m. (monday-friday) up to 5 p.m. You can call us personaly under ++49-511-734979. On the other times a answering machine is working. via fax: Please send your order on any kind of paper by fax: ++49-511-734117. Minimum order-amount We do not have a minimum amount or value. We also ship just one CD if you want. It's your decission if the amount plus postage is O.K. for you. It is better to order just more items if should be undeliverable for one. We can not report in such a case but send only what we also can deliver. | via cash on delivery You will pay your order at your postman when he brings you the package. We have charge you 15,00 or 20,00 Euro (Europe only) for the postage, fees, packing and all the paperworks. This way of payment is only available in certain countries: Austria: 15,00 Euro Belgium: 15,00 Euro Denmark: 15,00 Euro Finnland: 20,00 Euro France: 15,00 Euro Hungary: 20,00 Euro Italy: 20,00 Euro Liechtenstein: 15,00 Euro Luxemburg: 15,00 Euro Norway: 31,00 Euro Portugal: 20,00 Euro Spain: 20,00 Euro Sweden: 20,00 Euro Swiss: 15,00 Euro In some countries your post will charge you with a small extra rate. For some foreign countries this is the fastest and easiest solution. via invoice and prepayment in advance Please send the order as usual. You will get an automatic confirmation by email a few seconds later. We will send you an other detailed proforma invoice a few hours later (personaly by hand). There you can see the real shipping costs and the total you have to pay in advance. We also send you details how to pay. Please wait for your receipt and pay by sending cash (registered letter) or International Money Order or by wire transfer (with IBAN and BIC) to our acount. If you have paid too much we will give you a credit note for your next order automaticly. If we get your payment, we will send the items as soon as possible. It's possible that there is a delay between Payment and shipping if an item is not in stock or the item will be released later. via creditcard We accept Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa only. Please fill in the formular on the orderpage (the transfer to us is saved with SSL-code) or give us the infornation on phone or by fax. These informations we keep in our computer for the next time. So if the creditcard is still the same as last time you can choose the point: "You have my already my card-informations, please use the same as last time". In the case you have a new credit card since last order, we will need the complete informations once again! We will charge your card only when we have sent the order. via Paypal We will check your order and calculate the shipping costs and will send you an email via Paypal by hand. This takes a while (up to 2 days), so please be patient. If we get your payment, we will send the items as soon as possible. It's possible that there is a delay between Payment and shipping if an item is not in stock or the item will be released later. |

| Prices: All prices are in Euro including German VAT (19%) and without shipping costs. To Non-European-Communiy-Countries we ship without these taxes (Tax free). In this case your own country maybe will charge you with your VAT and taxes. There is no limit for a postage-free shippment. On every page (below the image of the item) you also can find an approximate exchange rate for the Euro price in US-Dollar (without VAT) or in British Pounds (incl. VAT). Delivery-time 1-14 days Normaly you will get your order within 14 days. We also send you an automatic confirmation by email if we have send your package (including the invoice). In some cases there are problems with new releases (please take a look for the releasedate in the explanation text of each item: the planed release date is printed in red letters) and obscure imports. We normaly have every item in stock or see the chance to get it without any big delay back in stock. Sometimes we can't plan the demand for certain items. Then we have to reorder them at our suppliers. Normaly this works without problems within 3-4 days. But in some cases the suppliers are not so fast as they should be. Please do not worry about this. We get in contact with you, if we see these problems coming. Supsequent deliveries Part shippments are not nice, but in some cases there's no other chance. At first we try hardly to send your order completely in one package. Sometimes it's not possible. If you are a power buyer (buying every month several times) we send your orders in parts that the postage will be fair enough for you. We keep the rest in backorder and add your next orders automaticly to this backorder. In every other case it's better that you order the missing itmes again with your next order. In the explanation for each item of your invoice you will see what's up with the remaining items. The postage for such a subsequent delivery is the same as normal (no free rate possible). |

| Returns Normaly we do not accept any returns. If you have placed an order you have to take the items. But in some special cases we will be pleasent. Please get in contact with our customer-service if you have problems or if you are not satisfied with us. others We do not accept any rules of the buyer. No garanty by printing mistakes. All offers are only for the time we have stock. Prices in the internet can differ to the prices in our printed catalogue. |
