(05/09) Seit 20 Jahren ist der Abby-Club im baden-württembergischen Meßkirch die Anlaufstation und Treffpunkt der süddeutschen Gothic-, EBM- und Dark-Wave-Szene.
2009 feiert der Club sein 20-jähriges Jubiläum, ein weiterer Grund, sich auf die dritte CD-Veröffentlichung mit Musik aus dem ABBY zu freuen.
"ABBY Compilation 3" steht in der Tradition der ersten beiden Club-Compilations: Neben vielen Klassikern stehen wieder einmal zahlreiche Neuentdeckungen auf dem Programm. Zehn Jahre nach dem zweiten Teil des Kult- Samplers griff DJ Andi erneut in die Vollen, was seine Auswahl an musikalischen Leckereien betrifft.
Serviert wird diese Doppel-CD mit 16-seitigem Booklet, das exklusive Fotografien der bezaubernden Bloodynurse Carina beinhaltet, sowie Linernotes von Thomas Thyssen.
Die meisten der 35 Songs sind bislang unveröffentlicht auf CD oder auf der "ABBY Compilation 3" exklusiv enthalten.
